WASHINGTON, DC – January 30, 2010
– Despite a relentless snow storm, over 200 participants gathered in Washington
DC to hear expert perspectives at the “Health Care
Reform: Cure For An Ailing System? ” forum.
On the heels of a stunning result in the U.S. Senate election in Massachusetts
and a seemingly revised Obama legislative agenda, many in the audience, wondered
if the health care reform machinations and debates of the past year in the
nearby Capitol building were for naught.
For a significant segment of the audience, the more important issue was
identifying and being prepared for career opportunities possibly arising
post-Reform.

explored atypical routes and techniques that could be used by participants
immediately and in the medium term. With

following Forte Forum’s “The MBA Value Proposition” at Megu restaurant in
downtown New York City. The reception
provided an intimate and relaxing atmosphere, while attendees were treated to
cocktails, and learned about the company’s MBA prep program, E+MBA, an intensive study and
admissions counseling program that prepares young professionals to enter
America’s most elite business schools.
“I'm the kind of person who enjoys going to these type of receptions,
and this one was quite sophisticated, enlightening, and very informative,” said
Tamika Ashman, an attendee of the
reception. “I didn't know about the [Enhanced Pre-MBA] program before, but now that
I do know about it, it's something I will consider.”

professionals at the Cornell Club of New York for the “Are You Ready?” seminar
